Small shop / trader invoice format (India) with UPI QR

This page is for kirana, wholesale and small retail sellers who need a bill with a QR. The usual problem: you make the invoice in Word or Canva, send it, then chase the payment separately on WhatsApp. If the invoice itself carries a UPI QR with the exact amount and invoice number pre-filled, the client can scan and pay from any UPI app in seconds.

Why put a UPI QR on the invoice

A static QR makes the client type the amount, and the payment often arrives without a reference. A dynamic UPI QR carries your UPI ID, the exact amount and the invoice number in the note, so matching payments to invoices takes seconds. The money goes straight from your client's UPI app to your account; PayParchi never handles it.

GST note

PayParchi only prints the GST rate and GSTIN you enter. Whether you need to register or charge GST depends on your turnover and service; ask a CA if you're unsure. We don't give tax advice.
