Refunds

Pro comes with a 7-day no-questions refund. Email hello@payparchi.com within 7 days of payment with your licence key or payment reference; we refund the full ₹499 to the original payment method (Razorpay usually takes 5-7 working days) and deactivate the key.

After 7 days, write to us if something is broken and we will fix it or refund the unused months.

Payments your clients make to you over UPI are between you and them; we never hold them.
