PayParchi is a browser-based invoice maker run by Upsurge Labs LLP (GSTIN 29AAIFU7881R1ZU), Koramangala 4th Block, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560034, India. By using it you agree to these terms.

What it does. It builds an invoice PDF from what you type and adds a UPI QR that points to the UPI ID you enter. Payments from your clients go directly to you through their UPI app; we are not a party to them, never receive that money and can't reverse or trace it. You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, including GSTIN, HSN/SAC, rates and tax treatment. We do not give tax, legal or accounting advice.

Pro. ₹499 for 12 months from payment, one-time, no auto-renewal. Licence keys are personal to the buyer.

Payments. Pro payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Payments are processed under our billing entity, so the checkout page, receipt and bank statement may show that merchant name instead of PayParchi. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
